Long over due for the review. I bought the Pro Baker Easy 7+ earlier this year and I'm glad I chose this KYS mixer over the other brands. I have extensive professional in commercial bakeries background, the KYS mixer is superb!!! It's a commercial grade in a compact size for home use. My bread dough comes out consistent every time!!! From 500g of dough to 3500g, the Easy 7+ makes awesome dough without worrying the mixer being over worked or over heat. Would recommend this mixer to anyone needing a great dough mixer at home.
