Biscotto Stone – perfect crust at high heat

The biscotto stone is made from natural Italian clay that withstands extreme temperatures and provides even, controlled baking. Its low thermal conductivity allows you to bake pizza at very high heat without burning the bottom—ideal for Neapolitan pizza, but also for anything else you want to bake.

The stone performs well at lower temperatures too. Focaccia, bread, pastries, and even frozen pizza achieve noticeably better results when baked on biscotto. The stone draws out moisture and gives a firmer, crispier bottom while the inside stays airy.

Biscotto is also naturally self-cleaning. After use, let the stone cool down inside the oven with the door closed. The next time the oven is used, simply brush off any remaining residue—no chemicals or scrubbing needed.

In addition, the stone is easy to cut and adjust, making it suitable for electric ovens, wood-fired ovens, and gas ovens. You can shape it to achieve the perfect fit in your oven.
