Shipping arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Love the machine. It is incredibly quiet. The quality of craftsmanship is very high. I love that the bowl is removable even in the large mixer. I couldn't imagine cleaning the bowl without removing it, especially if you use it to mix poolish or a wet dough that leaves residue.

AUTO STABILIZER FOR SMOOTH OPERATION AND STABILITY

Experience a new standard of stability with the advanced Auto Stabilizer technology. It reduces vibrations and ensures smooth operation at high speeds, giving you great control during mixing and kneading.

BRUSHLESS AC MOTOR

A brushless AC motor is an electric motor that operates without carbon brushes and utilizes electronic control to regulate voltage and current. This design results in a motor that is more efficient, quieter, and more durable compared to traditional brushed motors. Advantages of a brushless AC motor include:

High efficiency - Less energy loss and better power utilization
Quiet operation - Reduced noise and vibration
Long life - No brushes to wear out, which minimizes maintenance
Smooth power transmission - Provides stable performance, even under varying loads. Low heat generation - More energy efficient and prevents overheating

How does it work?
A brushless AC motor uses an electronic control unit (inverter) to control voltage and frequency. This provides precise control of speed and torque, which is especially useful in machines that require smooth and powerful performance – such as spiral mixers.

Exceptionally low noise level

Our spiral mixers are the quietest on the market; they can be used 24/7 without disturbing the environment, whether at home, in a professional kitchen, or in a bakery.

Minimal noise – Ideal for use in open spaces and public areas
Perfect for night work – No disturbances, even when using late
Comfortable working environment – Reduces unnecessary noise and vibrations

With our technology you can knead dough at any time – without having to worry about noise.

All customs and import taxes included, you will not get any surprises when you buy from us.
