- 500 g Caputo Pizzeria
- 300 g water
- 25 g melted butter
- 90 g sugar
- 10 g salt
- 2.5 g fresh yeast
- Proof at room temperature for 3 hours.
- Refrigerate for 24–48 hours before use.
