The boost function was developed to solve one of the biggest challenges with small electric ovens at high temperatures: heat loss when the door is opened. By activating the function, intense radiant heat is released for up to 60 seconds, creating true shock temperatures. KYS VERO 500 PRO provides precise heat from 50–500 °C (122–950 °F).The thermostats are electronically controlled, and with temperature fluctuations of just 5 °C (9 °F), the heat adjusts automatically. The digital display shows the exact temperature directly from the surface of the Biscotto stone, so you always know when the oven is ready. With a maximum heat of 500 °C (950 °F), the oven easily reaches the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN)’s recommended 480 °C (896 °F) for authentic Neapolitan pizza. This ensures consistent results and makes it possible to master everything from crispy baguettes to true Neapolitan pizza in under 90 seconds – without burning the bottom of your baked goods.
