KYS Pro Baker Easy 5

The customer service team were very nice and helpful. I had an issue with the company and they responded quickly and addressed my concerns. I admit I was a bit disappointed when I received the Easy 5 because I had not paid attention to all of its features such as the bowl locking mechanism with the plastic cover. I watched a video of the Easy 7 and thought the 5 was the same; just with a smaller bowl. Having said that the Easy 7 was not available at the time and after using the Easy 5 to make pizza dough it produced the best dough I have ever made. I have never produced such an elastic dough with any rival mixers or by hand. My advice is if you have the money go for a larger model or perhaps compare with other brands like the REVO but if you want the lightest model, that’s easier to clean, then the Easy 5 is a good choice.

I recently purchased the KYS Pro Baker Easy 5 mixer and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The delivery was right on time and arrived exactly when promised.

Upon unboxing, it was clear that this is a very well-built, high-quality machine; it feels incredibly sturdy and durable, and I have no doubt it will last for many years to come. It is certainly a heavy unit, but I was fully aware of that before purchasing, and honestly, the weight just reinforces the solid build quality.

It is remarkably easy to use, but the standout feature for me is how quiet it is. It operates so smoothly without all the noise you’d expect from a powerful mixer. Highly recommended.

Best machine on the market so far! Crazy silent, even at full capacity! 😍 loving the look of the machine and the built quality is excellent, just wow! Can only recommend! I bought the Pro baker easy5, which have a removable bowl, that works perfect for me and my workflow.
If you are thinking about buying one, I would do as Nike always tells us "Just Do It"!

I've been using the "Kys Pro Baker Easy 5" for a year now, mainly for laminated dough and viennoiserie. I’m genuinely impressed. The build quality is excellent – solid, reliable, and built to last. What really stands out is how quiet it is, even under heavy use. It handles stiff doughs effortlessly and has become an essential part of my baking routine. Highly recommended for serious home bakers or professionals looking for a compact yet powerful mixer.

The machine is very robust and kneads like a world champion.

There were three things I did not like so much:
1. The recipe book is only in Norwegian. It would be better if it were also available in English.
2. The link has not been activated.
3. Cleaning the spiral bar. Because it is shaped like an L due to the temperature sensor, cleaning is often difficult, as there are gaps and crevices. Perhaps make it rounded or weld the gaps shut.

I would still recommend it to everyone and buy it again.
