What warranty applies at KYS Norway?

When you shop at KYS Norway, Norwegian consumer law applies. This means a 2-year warranty and a 5-year right of complaint, regardless of where in the world you place your order.

What should I do if I receive a machine with a defect?

If you discover a defect in the machine, please send an email to [email protected]. Include a description of the problem, along with pictures or a video that documents the issue, as well as the machine’s serial number. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem.

What happens if I need a new machine?

If it is a warranty issue, we will send you a new machine and collect the defective one upon delivery.

Do you offer spare parts?

Yes, we have spare parts for all our models available in stock. No matter which part needs to be replaced, we can assist you.

How do I order spare parts?

Send us an email with information about which machine you have and which part you need. An attached photo of the part can also be helpful.

Is it easy to replace parts myself?

Yes, most parts can be replaced by yourself, provided you have some technical understanding and access to common tools such as a screwdriver, Allen wrench, spanner, and pliers.
