But honestly, it would still have been worth buying even if the process hadn’t been so smooth. The Pro Baker 7 is an incredible piece of craftsmanship – silent, strong, and beautiful!

I bought an Ooni first, but as soon as I heard how it sounded and how much it seemed to struggle, it scared me 😅 So it went straight back, and I got the KYS instead!

100% worth buying if you’re into pizza, bread, focaccia, etc.!

I have had the Pro Baker 7 for 4 months now and have used it on average 5 times a week making a mixture of sourdough bread 2.2Kgs of dough, Pizza dough usually 2kgs of dough, and other yeasted breads/rolls. The heaviest mix was about 4.2kgs of dough. The machine has worked really well; it is extremely quiet, smooth and has produced high quality dough. There weren't any removable bowl mixers in stock at the time I bought the mixer, but it hasn't been a great hardship. Cleaning the bowl is fairly easy. It is pretty heavy so lives on the countertop. The cold pack was very useful in the heatwave last week in the uk. It feels well made and robust and I am looking forward to using it for a good few years

Have my KYS Pro Baker 7 since nearly 2 months and have been using it a couple of times. When unpacking it seems very solid and well designed. It mixes dough from 0,5kg up to 4,0kg with ease. Great machine with great results. The only downside is that cleaning the bowl is a little bit cumbersome since the mixer head can not be tilted

The not so great part of the experience. My mixer came with a small damage, which I complaint about to customer support on the same day I receive it. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for an answer.

We are very happy with it. We knead 1.5 kg of pizza dough, and it comes out very smooth and elastic.
