I didn’t have the slightest issue, from placing the order to the final delivery.

But honestly, it would still have been worth buying even if the process hadn’t been so smooth. The Pro Baker 7 is an incredible piece of craftsmanship – silent, strong, and beautiful!

I bought an Ooni first, but as soon as I heard how it sounded and how much it seemed to struggle, it scared me 😅 So it went straight back, and I got the KYS instead!

100% worth buying if you’re into pizza, bread, focaccia, etc.!

Mixer was delivered on time

Mixer was delivered on time, packaged nicely, the mixer itself is great, have been using it for a few months now and it works without any hiccups or issues, seems a quality product

Strong and impressive machine

I have had the Pro Baker 7 for 4 months now and have used it on average 5 times a week making a mixture of sourdough bread 2.2Kgs of dough, Pizza dough usually 2kgs of dough, and other yeasted breads/rolls. The heaviest mix was about 4.2kgs of dough. The machine has worked really well; it is extremely quiet, smooth and has produced high quality dough. There weren't any removable bowl mixers in stock at the time I bought the mixer, but it hasn't been a great hardship. Cleaning the bowl is fairly easy. It is pretty heavy so lives on the countertop. The cold pack was very useful in the heatwave last week in the uk. It feels well made and robust and I am looking forward to using it for a good few years

Have my KYS Pro Baker 7 since nearly 2 months and have been using it a couple of times. When unpacking it seems very solid and well designed. It mixes dough from 0,5kg up to 4,0kg with ease. Great machine with great results. The only downside is that cleaning the bowl is a little bit cumbersome since the mixer head can not be tilted

Good service and professional and high…

Good service and professional and high quality in pizza oven and spiral mixer.

Kys pro baker 7

I received my machine quickly. I kneaded my first dough with the Kys Pro Baker 7. It did it easily and you feel that it is a sturdy, robust machine. Hopefully it stays that way. So far, I am very happy with it.

I received my mixer and as expected got a very quality product. You can feel the quality of the built in every component. I have already put it through it's pace, and it can take a load. Perfectly mixed, smooth dough everytime.
The not so great part of the experience. My mixer came with a small damage, which I complaint about to customer support on the same day I receive it. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for an answer.
Product quality 5 stars, Customer support 0 stars.

We bought a Pro Baker 7 in April 2025

We bought a Pro Baker 7 in April 2025.
We are very happy with it. We knead 1.5 kg of pizza dough, and it comes out very smooth and elastic.

Built to handle the pressure

A classic spiral mixer that works well with all types of dough. The machine has a fixed bowl, operates very quietly, and fits into most kitchen cabinets. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to take their baking to the next level and achieve more professional results.

With a spiral dough hook and kneading bar, the mixer stretches and kneads the dough throughout the entire process. This builds a strong gluten network, resulting in softer, airier baked goods.

Industrial strength, home comfort

Designed and developed with a focus on user-friendliness and low noise levels, the KYS Pro Baker 7 brings the power of industrial mixers into your kitchen.
Specifically made for the private market, this spiral mixer offers a seamless transition from professional performance to effortless home use.

BRUSHLESS AC MOTOR

A brushless AC motor is an electric motor that operates without carbon brushes and utilizes electronic control to regulate voltage and current. This design results in a motor that is more efficient, quieter, and more durable compared to traditional brushed motors. Advantages of a brushless AC motor include:

High efficiency- Less energy loss and better power utilization
Quiet operation- Reduced noise and vibration
Long life- No brushes to wear out, which minimizes maintenance
Smooth power transmission - Provides stable performance, even under varying loads.

Low heat generation - More energy efficient and prevents overheating

How does it work?

A brushless AC motor uses an electronic control unit (inverter) to control voltage and frequency. This provides precise control of speed and torque, which is especially useful in machines that require smooth and powerful performance – such as spiral mixers.

Feature Image

Exceptionally low noise level

Our spiral mixers are the quietest on the market; they can be used 24/7 without disturbing the environment, whether at home, in a professional kitchen, or in a bakery.

Minimal noise –Ideal for use in open spaces and public areas
Perfect for night work –No disturbances, even when using late
Comfortable working environment –Reduces unnecessary noise and vibrations

With our technology you can knead dough at any time – without having to worry about noise.
