Mia’s Bake Blog: Delicious baking with KYS Pro Baker Easy 5

Hello everyone!

My name is Mia, I’m 15 years old and I have a great passion for baking. There’s something very special about spending time in the kitchen, watching the dough rise and turn into delicious buns and breads that the whole family loves. Today I want to share some of my favorite recipes and experiences with you, especially with my beloved Kys Pro Baker Easy 5, which has become my best friend in the kitchen.

KYS Pro Baker Easy 5: My assistant in the kitchen

I want to start by telling you about the KYS Pro Baker Easy 5. This kitchen machine has really made my baking a lot easier and more fun. It’s both powerful and easy to use, perfect for all the projects I take on. It has multiple speed settings and a powerful motor making it ideal for both small and large amounts of dough. Plus, it’s easy to clean, which is a big plus!

Easy Buns: My Favorite Recipe

Let’s start with a recipe that’s always a hit in our house: soft and fluffy buns. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg

Procedure:

  1. Preparation: Crumble the yeast into a bowl and add cold milk or water. Stir until the yeast is dissolved.
  2. Mix: sugar, salt and 2/3 of the flour into the milk mixture. Mix well.
  3. Knead: Melt the butter and add it to the dough along with the egg. Start kneading the dough. I use the Kyse Pro Baker Easy 5 with the electric hook to make the job easier. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and supple.
  4. Proofing: Cover the bowl with cling film or a tea towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Shaping: Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Baking: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the buns for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden.

Tips: Brush the buns with a little milk before baking for an extra fine surface.

Homemade Bread: A Classic Favorite

Bread is also something I love to bake. It adds such a lovely scent to the house and tastes amazing freshly baked. Here’s my recipe for a simple and tasty bread:

Ingredients:

  • 700 g wheat flour
  • 25 g yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 50 ml olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Preparation: Heat the water until lukewarm and stir the yeast together with the sugar into the water.
  2. Mixing: Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a depression in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead: Use the Kyse Pro Baker Easy 5 with the electric hook to mix and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic and smooth.
  4. Proofing: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Shaping and Baking: Take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for a further 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until it has a golden brown crust and makes a hollow sound when you tap the bottom.

Tips: For an extra crispy crust, place a small bowl of water in the oven while the bread is baking.
