Within the last ten years, KYS has undergone a remarkable transformation. From being an online store that sold ready-made equipment, we have developed into a holistic unit that takes care of design, development, testing and quality assurance.
Our History: From Online Store to Innovation
Our story began with a keen entrepreneur with experience in the transport and construction industry. What started as the sale of pizza ovens and kneading machines quickly developed to include product development under our own brand. KYS Norway is now a leading player in the development and sale of spiral mixers for both home bakers and professionals.

Our primary focus has been on the Norwegian market, but we have also expanded our offer to meet international demand. With the growth of our popularity in Europe and the increasing demand from the USA, we have adapted our products to accommodate different power grids and approval standards.

The KYS brand was established in 2021, and our success story has continued with subsequent models such as the KYS Pro Baker. Our main goal is the production of high quality and functionality in all our products. To ensure that you as a customer can be sure that the machines are of top quality, we have trademark registered KYS kneading machines in our largest markets, e.g. EU, UK, USA and China.
Our machines
We currently offer eight different models, from 5 liters to 30 liters. Four of these models have a removable bowl, and these are known as KYS Pro Baker Easy. The name “Easy” indicates that it is a model with a removable bowl. The remaining four models have a fixed bowl and go by the name KYS Pro Baker. The number on the model indicates the number of liters in the baking bowl.
We also have four top models, all of which have a stainless steel lid on top with laser-engraved text and a QR code. What distinguishes our regular models from the top models? Our top models are the fastest and most stable on the market, thanks to advanced technology in the auto-stabilizer. This allows our machines to operate at very high speeds, as they can detect the dough’s center of gravity and adjust the speed as needed, especially for heavier doughs, with the help of the auto-stabilizer.
